Apartment buyers to sue advisors

Wilmslow-based claims firm acting for buy-to-let investors has surveyors and lawyers in its sights

Surveyors and lawyers used by property brokers including Dylan Harvey Group and Inside Track are being lined up as targets for possible compensation claims from unhappy buy-to-let investors.

Professional valuations on several Manchester residential schemes are being scrutinised by solicitors acting on behalf of investors. In some cases, they say, surveyors valued flats saying they were 200 sq ft larger than they actually were.
