Trafford Surveyors, an Altrincham-based chartered surveying firm, has created four new posts after securing an exclusive deal with Jordan Fishwick, the leading North West estate agency.
The contract will see Trafford Surveyors working on all Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all of Jordan Fishwick’s properties in across South Manchester, Cheshire and Derbyshire.
The four new members of staff include Neil Cust, domestic and commercial energy assessor, Lucy Shufflebotham, domestic energy assessor, Miriam Pattison, legally qualified search agent and Karen Laird, office manager.

Trafford Surveyors employ in-house Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Building Research Establishment (BRE) energy assessors, who specialise in commercial and residential produce EPCs for all types of properties.
HIPs are now compulsory for all homes. They are intended to improve the home buying and selling experience and to reduce carbon emissions from homes. Domestic EPCs are needed for most domestic properties before being put-up for sale and commercial EPCs are required on all commercial properties sold, leased or assigned.
Jordan Fishwick was established in 1995 and specialises in both sales and rentals.
