Trained with Longden and Cook following graduation moved to become an in-house Insurance Surveyor for 10 years with St Paul and CNA. Set up Trafford Surveyors in April 2006. Extensive experience in insurance, residential and commercial surveys. Paul has worked with John Monkhouse FRICS of Monkhouse Surveyors UKV Ltd and Longden and Cook based in Hale and Altrincham in the past.

Extensive experience in the Liverpool area  for 30 years working for Collertons Surveyors, Ormskirk; Reeds Rains Surveyors, St Helens; e.Surv Chartered Surveyors, Liverpool

Extensive experience in the Midlands/ Covenrty areas with Connells and Capita Group.

Gareth Emrys Humphreys BSc Hons MRICS
He lives in Carnarvon covering North Gwynedd, covers from Prestatyn westwards to Porthmadog and all Anglesey. Most of the LL postcodes covered. Prior experience with Wolton Chartered Surveyors, North Wales and 1989 – 2003 Nationwide/Countrywide Surveyors (Gwynedd & Anglesey).

Extensive experience in Residential Valuation and Survey work within the East Anglia and Northern Home Counties working for Countrywide Surveyors and Ashdown Lyons and has recently qualified as a Home Inspector.

Previous experience includes Residential/Commercial agency, Professional /Management and Roadside Acquisition/ Development.

Craig Maxwell BSc MRICS
Craig qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 and is a valuation surveyor with experience in both residential and commercial sectors and has worked for James Barr, Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He also has also undertaken Rent Review and Rating matters for clients. Craig is based in the Glasgow area and covers Central Scotland.
